1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website and/or booking services through Dabentley Cleaning Services, LLC (βwe,β βus,β or βourβ), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services or website.
2. Booking Process
All cleanings must be booked through our website, and a valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking. Clients will receive an initial confirmation email followed by a secondary email within 1 hour that includes:
A summary of the services booked
A link to review and approve the cleaning agreement
A prompt to pay the required $100 deposit
No service is guaranteed or reserved until the $100 deposit is paid and the agreement is signed.
3. Quote Requests & Approvals
If a quote is requested via the site, a formal service quote will be sent via email within 24 hours. All quotes remain subject to a $100 deposit and must be approved and paid before services are scheduled.
4. Client Portal (Client Hub)
Upon booking, clients are automatically granted access to our secure Client Portal (βClient Hubβ), where you can manage services, invoices, reschedules, and update your card on file.
5. Arrival Time & Access
We require a 30β45 minute arrival window from the scheduled appointment time to account for traffic and unforeseen delays. Clients must provide property access during the scheduled time frame. If our team cannot access the location within 30 minutes of arrival, your appointment may be canceled and is subject to our late cancellation fee.
6. Deposit Policy
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required for all services. This deposit is applied toward your final invoice. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled properly (see Section 9), the deposit can be applied to a future rescheduled date within 30 days. If canceled improperly, the deposit is forfeited. If the rescheduled appointment is made after 30 days of the original appointment, a new deposit may be required.
7. Service Add-Ons
Add-on services must be selected and approved during the booking process. We do not accommodate same-day or on-site requests for add-ons. Each add-on may affect the total service duration.
One (1) add-on = 1 additional cleaning hour included at no charge
Two (2) or more add-ons = 2 additional hours included at no charge
These bonus hours are not billed additionally but are included as part of the cost of the add-ons.
8. Minimum Cleaning Time
All bookings are subject to minimum time requirements:
Standard, Airbnb, Recurring Services: 2-hour minimum
Deep Cleaning & Move-in/Move-out: 3-hour minimum
Billing is calculated on an hourly basis, and any time that reaches the top of the hour is billed as a full hour, regardless of whether the service ended partway through that hour.
9. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows
All cancellations or reschedules must be submitted via your client portal by 2:00 PM CST the day before your scheduled appointment to avoid a penalty.
Failure to cancel or reschedule by the deadline will result in a $45 late cancellation fee.
No-show appointments, locked-out appointments, or denied access to the property at the scheduled time are all subject to this same $45 fee.
10. Recurring Service Commitments
Clients choosing discounted recurring services are committing to the following minimum service packages:
Weekly: 1 cleaning per week for 4 consecutive weeks
Bi-Weekly: 1 cleaning every 2 weeks (minimum 2 per month)
Monthly: 1 cleaning per month for at least 3 consecutive months
If the client cancels before completing the recurring commitment, the discounted rate is void. All completed cleanings will be re-billed at the standard hourly rate, and a $45 fee per missed cleaning will apply.
11. Payment Policy
A card on file is required at booking.
We perform a pre-authorization 24 hours before the appointment.
Final payment is collected immediately after services are completed.
For recurring clients, an invoice will be sent 48 hours before the scheduled service.
12. Late Payment Policy
All invoices are due immediately upon completion of service. If an invoice is not paid within 5 days, a 5% late fee (minimum $15) will be applied. If not paid within 10 days, a 1.5% compounding weekly late fee will apply thereafter.
If payment is still not received after 30 days, services may be suspended, and the account may be referred to collections. Clients will be responsible for all legal fees, collection costs, and interest permitted under Texas law.
13. Employee Vetting, Insurance, & Bonding
Dabentley Cleaning Services is a fully insured and bonded cleaning company. All employees undergo:
Nationwide background checks
Full-panel drug testing
Hands-on, in-house training in professional cleaning techniques
Ongoing evaluations for quality assurance and customer satisfaction
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, reliability, and professionalism in our staffing.
14. Non-Solicitation of Staff
Clients may not directly solicit or hire any Dabentley Cleaning Services staff member for residential, commercial, or private employment outside of Dabentley for one (1) year after service. If this occurs, a $5,000 employee referral fee plus any applicable legal costs will be invoiced and enforced.
15. Liability Disclaimer
Dabentley Cleaning Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, pest infestations, improper installation of fixtures, unsecured items, or damage resulting from unsafe working conditions. By using our services, you release Dabentley and its employees from any liability related to:
Client-provided chemicals or tools
Unsecured pets
Fragile or irreplaceable items not disclosed in writing prior to cleaning
Incidental wear during standard cleaning practices
16. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for unsafe environments, hostile conduct, harassment of staff, or failure to comply with these terms.
17. Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
